I was diagnosed with Neural Foraminal Stenosis. MRA show bone sitting on the spine.
Had unsucessful carpel tunnel surgery on right hand 2 yrs. ago.  Worse now since surgery. Have osteoarthritis for years. Family history of back problems.  MRI result, doctor suggested cortisone, traction or surgery.  Have done physio but no difference.  Is there anything besides surgery that can be donecrap

Following an essential spinal fusion/decompression 15 years ago, I now live with chronic pain with my subequently damaged cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae above the fusion area.   However, last week I underwent a 3 day-stay in hospital, during which I received traction, physiotherapy and spinal manipulation...crap
