Whew - feeling better - over my grousing! I think exercise is helping! I am prepping to walk a halfmarathon with a friend - I walked 6 miles on Saturday and worked out for an hour on Monday and today....that feels SOOOO good! The daylight is getting longer in Alaska and that makes a big difference...crap
I have the feeling of open wounds rubbing together when I run, and now when I walk my normal pace.
It started in 2006 I was training for the Chicago marathon. I got in the shower after a run... together and not being able to move started than. I did do the marathon. I went on a weeks course of steriods... to finish the run.
I do not run anymore. My pace for walking is a little faster than everybody elses...crap
