Feeling better
Whew - feeling better - over my grousing! I think exercise is helping! I am prepping to walk a halfmarathon with a friend - I walked 6 miles on Saturday and worked out for an hour on Monday and today....that feels SOOOO good! The daylight is getting longer in Alaska and that makes a big difference...crap

It started in 2006 I was training for the Chicago marathon. I got in the shower after a run. When the hot water hit me I became paralyzed on my left side for at least 5 minutes. I have a question concerning one of my athletes. He's a 52 year old male, very actively training for marathons and triathlons. In my cycling classes when we perform some LT - VO2max intervals mixed into a relatively tough 1hr session, his HR Avg may only be ~110-118, a Max HR of 140...crap

What is your opinion on training and completing a marathon or a Ironman distance triathlon for an HIV positive individual under succesfull HAART treatment. The training would consist of about 15 - 18 hrs per week of cardio exercise with the actual event consisting from 4.5 hrs for a marathon to 15...crap
