Nothing to say really. Pretty easy.
For the last few runs I’ve been going right at nightfall. While the lower temperature is nice I have to pay for it with more bugs and spiderwebs. It gets pretty gross.

This one was pretty easy. The first five minutes were tough, as usual, but the rest was cake. I threw in a few sprints in there every once in a while

The first 5 minutes of this thing were a nightmare. I just wasn’t feeling it. Luckily, after that things got pretty easy and I finished with no problems. Funny how that happens.

Another treadmill run. I bumped up the incline to 1.0 and the speed to 6.5.
This one was a LOT tougher this time. Got through it with no problems, though.
I have the feeling of open wounds rubbing together when I run, and now when I walk my normal pace.
It started in 2006 I was training for the Chicago marathon. I got in the shower after a run. When the hot water hit me I became paralyzed on my left side for at least 5 minutes. That happened a few... together and not being able to move started than. I did do the marathon. I went on a weeks course of steriods...crap

I have a question concerning one of my athletes. He's a 52 year old male, very actively training for marathons and triathlons. In my cycling classes when we perform some LT - VO2max intervals mixed into a relatively tough 1hr session, his HR Avg may only be ~110-118, a Max HR of 140...crap

What is your opinion on training and completing a marathon or a Ironman distance triathlon for an HIV positive individual under succesfull HAART treatment. The training would consist of about 15 - 18 hrs per week of cardio exercise with the actual event consisting from 4.5 hrs for a marathon to 15...crap

I have been living with diabetes for about 8 months. I am a runner, and have ran 26.2 Marathons. Just wanted to know if I can continue taking gel packs while I train and run, or should I be eating other types of foods while training or during the runs.
