I ran this one about an hour and a half earlier... to how freaking stubborn I can be. I gritted my teeth and grinded it out for over an hour and a half.

The temperature... and half minutes off my pace at the 20 minute marker. I did OK from there until about the 60 minute mark...

With all these things going on this run was pretty easy. I feel really good right now. My halfmarathon is less then four weeks away and I’m super confident about that. The marathon is still going to be a challenge...

. I thought a 30 minute run was damn near impossible. A year and a half later that’s a warmup. I can’t imagine... with this marathon. It seems so impossible. Each of my long runs is more depressing then the last. Maybe in 18 months...
