I have a pretty muscular lower half, how do I slim it down?
I am 22 years old and was a competing gymnast for a good portion of my youth. It gave me great abs and arms, but my calf and thigh muscles are huge. It's hard for me to find pants and other things that actually fit. To make matters worse, I'm small so dresses and shorts look ridiculous on me. Any ideas...crap

Sudden and painful headaches during sport
I am 14 and I do a lot of sport, mainly gymnastics. Every few months I go through these periods of about 2 weeks, where after everything I do I get an extrmemly sudden and painful headache. It goes away after about 20 seconds, but it happens after every skill I do and its just so annoying and very...crap

My body needs fixed
I'm a 19 year old male gymnast and I hurt pretty much everywhere all the time. I started gymnastics at age 15, and started off nice and healthy with no problems. Since then, I have rolled (also broken) each of my feet at least 20 times. All the joints in my body crack and pop. I fractured the L4...crap

Acid Reflux and Sports Teams
When I was younger, I did all the cliché activities for any other little girl—dance, gymnastics, some swim lessons. As I got older, I got more into organized teams. I went through years of soccer, and swim team among other things. Now, a college freshman, I find myself on crew. It’s definitely...crap

what is the best exercise(s) for me?

My weight fluctuates from 100 lbs to 111 lbs. Why does it do that? and is it bad that that happens?
I am 15 years old and I am a gymnast. I have 2 1/2 hours of practice every day for high school varsity. I eat pretty healthy. For breakfast I have fruit, I don't eat lunch, and for dinner I usually eat a full meal. My whole family is pretty healthy. tree hugger crap
