it. It is not a dry mouth. Candidiasis in the mouth are white patches that look like cottage cheese... One of the symptoms I experienced was a dry mouth lacking in saliva. I dont know if this is the right forum but i hope you can help.I have 3 very tiny white patches inside my lip each one less than a millimeter in diameter. There are not elevated but are very tiny... on in your mouth; it very well could be "normal". The only way you are going to be able to get an accurate answer...crap

If a person who is HIV+ open mouth kisses someone AND has a big cut on their lip... AND closed mouth. Pretty quick like a few seconds for sure!
