Can foot pressure massage cause chronic foot pain (arch)?
I've been getting Chinese foot massage three to four times a week for the last six months.  When pressure was applied to the arch area by the massage specialist, I cried out in pain... walking.  Could the injury be caused by  the foot massage, or  could it be related to some other medical...crap

My foot pain is on the outside of my left foot, just below the ankle, there's a huge lump,bottom along the outside and using a night splint helps, but what can I do during the day?
It's constant, a lump that's hard underneadth, I massage it, and can twist my foot so it "pops" which makes it feel better, but nothing lasts! I bought a pair of "yoga toes" which feels good, but the lump never goes away. Bunkcrap
