Freaked out!
Hi! OK, in May I became ill with a slight
fever and
fatigue...the
fever went away, but I have still been
fatigued. I've also had terrible sinus pressure (something I normally don't have), but not headaches...) when she examines me everything looks great, save the anxiety. The
fatigue could have been caused by the high viral...crap
Unsure of diagnosis
Ok, talk about confusing. I had an affair for a month, then 3 weeks later got really sick -
fever,
fatigue, nausea, myalgia, WBC very low, liver function tests abnormal. I have Lyme antibody, but not the disease. Lupus tests negative. Initial HIV test result I got Tues. - ELISA positive, Multi-spot negative...crap
Are these symptoms?
I know the ARS symptoms (from what I have read in this site) are

fever, etc., my husband was finally tested for hiv. Since we are celibate, and have been for many years, he was not tested at first. Also, he is not a drug user. He has not had any transfusions, and no operations, except for dental work. We are searching for a reason...crap

Recently Infected, Recently Diagnosed
I had symptoms of
fatigue and
fever between July 6-9 of 2004. I have been recently diagnosed HIV+. I took a standard test July 15, 2004 and my result was (-) negative. After 2 weeks (July 28, 2004) I retested for another standard test and results came out (+) positive on western blot test. My diagnosis...crap

fever, sore throat etc)6 weeks ago. My tests 2 weeks ago were CD4: 550 and VL 28000. Firstly could I expect my CD4 count to increase naturally in the future (and VL drop)? Secondly, I am in the habit...crap

Today I had the fever fatigue, which I hate. It meant walking out in the middle of an afternoon seminar at work. I was already tired from a "surprise" team lunch. Strange that the bosses think a lunch... 
...somewhat...but not completely. Then the fatigue set in, big time.
After a few weeks, I went to the doctor and asked... her to run an Epstein-Barr virus titer to check for mono/glandular fever. The symptoms were eerily similar...
