I wear a heart monitor and the more I focus on my heart rate, the faster my heart beats.  I could walk up a trail with my heart rate at 120, then it will jump to 160 and stay there for about 20....  Last week I ran on a treadmill for 20 minutes without incident, began lifting weights and thought my heart...crap

heart monitor jumps to 220 and within about 10 sec shows normal heart rate happens every 2-20 min
I check my heart rate w/polar chest monitor/w clock heart rate jumps to around 220 then within about 10 seconds it return back to my original heart rate ,has been doing that all day with in  2 and 20 min more or less. I take amiodarone 200 mg once a day  , diltiazem 120 mg 24hr 3times a daycrap

Heart rate 215BPM while exercising.
Today while cycling my heart rate shot from 160bpm to 215bpm. I felt my heart pounding in my chest , and my hr monitor showed 215. I immedietly stopped and sat down and it came down evenly to 98BPM within 1 minute. I have a mild headache and am a bit agitated after the episode. I am a 33year old male...crap
