You will need a procedure to by pass your tubes (or lack of them) so IVF is going to be your best (and probably only) option unless you consider surrogacy
it depends on if you had a blockage.  Sometimes pushing  through the dye will dis-lodge and clear the tube.. other times it doesn't work. There aren't any major side effects. Just some discomfort...
