I'm afraid I could have an ectopic pregnancy. Missed period, negative pregnancy tests, severe pain in lower abdomin and butt.

out there in the TTC world though that some OPK's can also faintly detect hCG in the system so some women use them for early testing.  I can't vouch for that personally but like I said: There are stories out there of women...

A pregnancy test should not be read after 10 mins max because the results are not accurate after that point. If she got two positive tests inside of 5 minutes then I would go with pregnant

not had period since october ninth did two pregnancy tests one three weeks ago and one three days ago but came back negative als
If the tests came back negative as soon as that then I'd suggest calling your physican and scheduling a p4(progesterone test) be done (and proabably they'll do a hCG as well). 
i am 18 days late not had my period done a pregnancy test and it came back negative am i pregnant
like its annovulatory.   I would request the blood beta test ASAP to check for a possible pregnancy and to check... if you get a negative I would suggest that you really push for a provera/progesterone set so you can end this cycle ...

that is some relive. If you have taken tests and they are negative then at this point I would agree and say... going on- some sort of imbalance.  You can ask your physican to test your pituitary gland ...
My breast are swelling, and I have all of the sypmtoms of a 4 month pregnancy but all the test come back negative, why is that?
The tests come back negative because you aren't pregnant. If you were four months you'd be showing or at the very least showing hCG in your blood.   I'd suggest you look to other possibilities
