Best exercises for thighs and overall fat loss?
What are the best exercises for the thighs, not the calves, because my calves are getting... really muscular when i want more of a slim look rather than buff. The tops of my thighs however are not changing... more so when exercising with either cardio or strength training? I'm not trying to spot reduce, i would like to lose fat...crap

Losing Weight.....Keeping Butt!
I have lost about 10 pounds...10 more to go...I'm trying to lose fat in my inner thigh area ( it tends to overlap around the knee area)...but I absolutely want to keep my butt! I love my curves. I've been doing cardio exercises which I know makes me loose all over...but I only want to loose in the thigh area...crap
