Do muscles swell (particularly stomach muscles) for a short period of time after exercising?
It seems like my stomach is swollen after I finish my water exercises and later goes down. I am a Type 2 diabetic and am about 20 pounds overweight. I do water exercises 4 to 5 times a week for one hour. This includes kicking for 15 to 20 minutes, in addition to arm and leg exercises.
