Why am I not losing weight?
Two months ago, I began cycling for
exercise after being fairly
sedentary for about a year... more than I was before I started
exercising. In two months, I've lost two pounds, and my clothes aren't fitting any looser. I went... when I
exercise. I love cycling, but I'm starting to wonder if maybe it's the wrong
exercise for me. Any thoughts...crap
