Anyone know anything about these very strange sleep patterns?
For about the last 6 months or so I have been having some very strange sleep habits. Almost every night I tend to wake up sleeping with my knees on the floor next to the bed and my torso over the side... position is just sitting up at the end of the bed swaying to keep my balance. I have also been having sleep...crap
