Has anyone tried Valeran Root to reduce spasms?
I've been having difficulty with leg spams, especially while trying to sleep.  I tried Baclofen, but found it did not make me feel very good. I am trying to use natural healing as opposed to prescriptions... years, but in the last few years have had the spasm difficulty.  Was wondering if anyone had tried...crap

numbness in tongue & throat
I sometimes have a numb, tingly feeling in my tongue and throat. I have difficulty swallowing when this occures. Does anyone have an answer? Also, part of my face feels kind of numb and cold. I, too, have alot of headaches. Oh, by the way, I'm only 31 yrs old. jessiecrap

How do I know if I got medication in time, I am on zantac, just started today. I have this feelin
I started having a feeling like there was a lump in my throat about a week ago or so.  I told my dr that I had this difficulty swallowing and felt like t here was something in my throat.  He immediately wrote me a prescription for zantac.  How do I know we got to the problem in time.  I tend to worry...crap
