I tried the day before yesterday to make a simple apple cake since I had extra apples in my fruit... in the cake he likes the classic chocolate one better.
My husband said he hated apple cake since he was young...
Ingredients:
For the base:
2 cups flour, 1 spoonful sugar,1/4 spoon salt,1/4 spoon of cinnamon, 1/4 spoon nutmeg, 2/3 cup of butter.
For the filling:
1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup white flour, 1/2 spoon cinnamon, fruit ( 
the mixture to a microwave safe container.
6. I usually throw the cake in the freeze for about 15-20 minutes just to cool down a bit.
7. Eat and enjoy
