good morning what about a lump in each armpit(right smaller and more define and one in the left arm slighter larger but less define). The one on the left is more painful than the one on the left.

whats the best weights routine to build lean muscle
between sessions. i do the same routine each day but focuss on abs and arms more on monday and friday with only light arm and ab workouts on the wednesday. i train just before lunch and after each workout i consume 2... i'm 17 years old and roughly 5ft 11 to 6 ft tall. i would like to know what workout routine...crap

One day he'd do curls with dumbbells, followed by barbells on day... who must workout daily, consider "split routines". That's where you can work certain muscle groups on one day...crap

What is causing these Brain shocks?
I have been having shocks for at least 3yrs now.  Before I have my thyroid removed they were so severe they were running down my arms and legs!  That was the worst.  Since then, I have them almost daily but much less severe.  The worst they have been is to the arms.  That is a rare occasion...crap
