Hi, It could be a cyst or even an abscess. I'd really encourage you to have your veterinarian check out your dog for a diagnosis.

It might be something to worry about or it may not.  You need to have a veterinarian look at it for a proper diagnosis
What if the dog is not walking like she used to? If you can get your fingers around these lumps and they are freely movable, they could be lipomas, which are benign fatty growths...very common in dogs as they age
Without seeing the dog it would be very difficult if not impossible to tell what the cause....   What do you feed her?    It's impossible to say without seeing the problem and examing your whole dog...
