when should I start ARV therapy?
I found out I'm HIV+ two months ago after giving birth, breastfeeding for 4months, and finding out my daughter had pcp pneumonia. I know I was HIV neg at the beginning of the pregnancy. My viral load is 18,000, and my t-cell count is 407... my Lymphocytes are 27... My Doc says to not start ARV therapy...crap
