How is your rash now? Try a medically tested moisturiser or aloe vera gel when you get them. Moisturisation can prevent and reduce flare ups.

You never know if it is allergy to something. Try applying aloe vera. Moisturisation usually helps rashes. Avoid soaps and trim her nails.

Not to be argumentative, but how do you know that you have heat rash and not... so that they can eyeball it and give you the proper diagnosis. In the meantime, I'd avoid applying anything on the rash...
