Last year had two L4-5 Laminectomy/Discectomies with Cauda Equina, C7 rupture with bone graft/plate/screw Fusion. Slow healing with Sjogren's has now progressed to this within wks. Dear Dr. Borigini, I am 31 years old and have had two Discectomies in the last two years. I have always had back pain all my life but two years ago I had pain down my leg and needed surgery on my L3-L4... came back and I had another Discectomy on L4-L5 and the pain in my leg went away again but never in my back...crap

spliiting pain across buttocks

I have mid-back pain and rib pain, like having cracked ribs. Is this a thoracic disc herniation?
