I recently ran a call where the pt had a very high BP and it was "split" (two readings).
The first reading was 240/185 and the second reading was 138/102. Both of these readings were during the same assessment. Is this "normal" for very high BP?? Hopefully the question made sence. I am currently an EMT student. This is the second time I've heard of this "condition" and the first time I've seen it. Kencrap
