I was told by my doctor that i should wait until I am done my treatment before i have reconstructive surgery..is that ok..i have heard of women getting in the same surgery when they have there breast removed.. I had a mastectomy in April of 2007 with immediate reconstructive surgery.  I had my implant put in October of 2008.  My left side under my armpit, where your bra would be is still swollen as if I have water in there.  Will this ever go away? Denisecrap

Has anyone out there had the "tram flap procedure"?  I will be having my reconstructive surgery in January.  My surgeon is suggesting either the flap or the tram flap procedure.  I have not decided yet, but I'm leaning for the tram flap procedure.  Any thoughts?  I would like to know...crap

Noise in chest when exercising since breast reconstruction.
I am 2 and a half months past breast reconstruction surgery and a total hysterectomy. I had ductile carcinoma in-situ and was positive for the Breast Cancer gene 2.  I am doing well but experiencing something unusual with strenous exercise.  I hear a noise in my chest that at first felt like something rubbing...crap

femoral rotation on tibia
a few years back (4 yrs) i had an ACL reconstruction surgery. the anterior drawer test is relatively normal but i keep finding problems on rotation. When with my foot on the ground the femur rotates over the tibia which causes instability. Afterwards my knee becomes painful but not swollen. Please help...crap
