Another form of daily meditation I use in conjunction with the deepbreathing is yoga. I have a lot... for myself to meditate and take deepbreaths, I always feel better for it.

to meditation, you may want to start with ten minutes of being in that posture and focusing on your breath. Deep... non-judgemental way to physical sensations, breath and thought.
