Has anyone had or know of anyone that has had a procedure called "focal cranial neuralgia"? I heard about it on TV and find that it is being done for a compressed occipital nerve in Georgetown University hospital in DC and in Hermann Memorial hospital in Houston.

I have a totally occluded mid cranial artery. I have been suffering from headaches now for close to a year, which my doctor feels are more than likely migraines. He has tried Topamax and Norpramin (Despiramine), and neither helps. I am trying to find a medication that can be taken...crap
