if your period comes then most likely you are not pregnant.
If you don't want to wait first response can be taken with accurate results as far as 5 days...
I would say that having sex everyday maybe even twice a day without protection then you have the same chance of being pregnant as any one else- about 25%.

Are you breastfeeding/pumping?
Are you using any form of reliable ovulation detection (ovulation predictor kits, ferning scope, temp charting, monitors, etc)?
it depends on when in your cycle you took the test. If it was already passed your missed period then the test will be accurate no matter if you take it in the morning or the evening.

the symptoms you have listed sound like those one would occationally... get a bit murkier because the symptom are pretty much the same since it is caused by a rise in progesterone...
