I have done push-up for year. My chest has been built up. The left-side looks nice but the right-side is smaller and not as the sharp as the left-side. I think I did wrong push-up postion. elevated CPK of 7343 which has been repeated and verified as being correct. The patient has a very large muscle mass and does significant amounts of exercise (700-800 pushups/day). The pt has always done large... and may indicate mitochondrial dysfunction in this muscles. I don't think the pushups are doing this alone...crap

I tried a few push-ups but I just couldn't do it. I can't lift my body weight so I was wondering whether I should do some weight lifting to make it easier for me to lift my weight. Would this work? Help!

After a series of pushup reps I felt no muscle fatigue & never reached critical failure, why?
During a full body workout today I came to a point after doing a series of chest to the floor pushups where my muscles no longer felt fatigued and it seemed as though I could do pushups forever. This has never happened before, I usually hit critical failure after 3 or 4 sets of 30 reps. Can anyone explain...crap

If I do Cardio for 40 minutes and 50-70 push-ups and sit-ups a dayand eat only salads and drink water how fast will I see results. How many lbs. would I lose a week and would it make a difference if I did 60 minutes of cardio insteaad of 40?
