Sorry, but I'm not familiar with "open the pluster". But if you have swelling & pain in your wrist, we worry about sprains, contusions, fractures & dislocations. Best to go see your family physician

I finally went to my Dr she says it is a bone bruise.....Suck it up she says... to diagnose a possible fracture. From your description, I can't tell if you your bone pain is in the area...

First things first. It's not clear to me that you don't have an infection. I guess a better way to say it is that I'm worried that you might have an infection, especially since it's painfully swollen & red over just a day o
