My doctor id concidering putting me on clonopin and at some poiny increasing my antidepressant.  I currently take 1mg.of xanax 3 times a day but find it makes me sleepy. I try to only take the xanax in half doses in order to drive, but take more @ night because I have insomnia and awake btween 3-4:am...crap

Insomnia, restlessness, gasping for breath
I have been suffering from restlessness, insomnia and waking up gasping for air when I do finally fall asleep.  My meds that I'm taking now are: 100mgs Sertraline that I've taken for over 10 years, 50mgs of Atenolol, 40 mgs of Pravastatin and I just started taking .25 mgs of Clonazepam as needed...crap

I have insomnia since very young age and I have anixety and depression.  My doctor raised my welbutrin to 350mlg. a day every morning all at once.  And for axiety she started me on Clonazepam 1 mg. 1/2 in morning and 1 at night to help with sleep.  Also ambien if needed. I sleep maybe 2 to 4 hours a night...crap
