Axert also stops neck/shoulder pain....what does this mean?

i have chronic lower back pain and would like to talk with others that have this same condition.
i have chronic back pain and when i first started going to a pain clinic, they had me taking 150 mg fentanyl (patch) and 180mg oxycontin twice daily, i was a zombie , so i stopped taking the oxycontin, the pain clinic was going to "drop" because i stopped taking the oxycontin, but instead weaned me down...crap
