Exercising with Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS
That's not a simple question to answer.  Although fibromyalgia and ME/CFS (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome) have many similarities, how they respond to exercise is not one of them.  The right kind of exercise usually helps reduce FM symptoms, but the same exercise may cause ME/CFS symptoms to get worse...crap
