There are two forms of Vitamin D, Ergocalciterol and Cholecalciferol, which one is better?
I have read that Cholecalciferol is better used by the body, but where I work, we give ergocalciferol as a supplement.  I have not found cholecalciferol in any form but a tablet.  The ergocalciferol that we give at my work is in liquid form and we give a certain ordered number of drops. jwbcrap
