Anyone tried Tai Chi ?
I am signing up for a class next month, and wondered if anyone else with RA had any experience with Tai Chi, I know Yoga is also a really good exercise, but my problem is, I have a hard time getting up and down off the floor, both of my ankles are really weak and so are my wrists, so I have a hard time...crap
