my friend had a stroke 3 yrs ago and recovered very well, but he just called from out of town and said he thought he was having a heart attack. that it felt like someone was sitting on his chest. he was headed to a hospital after a couple hours of discomfort when his friend gave him an aspirin and short time later...crap
