I found a peasized lump in my left armpit about a year ago.The lump has grown now to a little over 2 inches in diameter(not perfectly round).The skin is red with the protruding part being a pinkish... and they have been normal.The lump feels to be around an inch or more deep. It doesn't feel "hard as a rock",yet isn't soft...crap

I am 31 years old and I found a lump in my armpit (1 single lump), close to the chest wall... when I found this lump doing a routine exam. She said it was inflamed and put me on antibioitics.. I go back in one week... is breast cancer when you find a lump, what scares me the most is, from having pains 1 yr ago and now this...crap
