what can cause low WBC (1) and high iron (214) in a 62 year old healthy male?

My liver biopsy ... negative ...
showed basically nothing except Very Low Iron.  (less than 1/4 the usual stainable iron.  But then again, ten years ago they didn't even think that stainable iron should be there at all.  So maybe low is good?  Who really knows!)   Hi all! .  No cirrhosis, no fatty liver, no infection...crap

I had my second child about 11 months ago. And since then i have been having bleeding non-stop.
My doctor doesn't seem to be concerned but i'm sick of being on a constant period. Not to mention i'm anemic now from low iron. He just recomended taking iron supplements. But i want to know why and how to stop this 'bloody' nightmare. Gwenie crap

My wife has iron def. and cannot get ready of it, she may be HIV?
