Now I got nasty angina chest pains and shortness of breath of tritans.  I also get milder angina with I get a migraine.  Can heart rate changes have something to do with migraines?  My heart rate is usually around 75-90.  But for these last few migraine it was at 50 and now exactly 60. Not from meds either, Inderal dropped my heart rate...crap
