I am on xyrem and paroxetine.Any better anti-depressants to counteract negative thoughts?
 I have been on xyrem for cataplexy and narcolepsy for years but I am having very negative thoughts and wonder if another anti-depressant might help more than the paroxetine. Suzcrap

I need advice from people that has been there and done this to share their experiences with us.
I need true advice on sleep paralysis,Cataplexy,etc. When my grand-daughter started having these attacks, the dallas doctors, subscribed Diastat Rectal Gel to stop seizures. I use it when she has one of these attacks, if I weren't so scared and freaked out about it all, I might should wait about using it, and see...crap

Are there any statistics regarding how many people that have Narcolepsy also have Sleep Apnea?
I DO NOT HAVE OSA. I have Central Sleep Apnea. I do not stop breathing and gasp for breath. My breathing simply gets as shallow as someone who has Catalepsy......which is not the same as Cataplexy (which I also have severely). sleepinbuteycrap
