Aerobic exercise to reduce bloated abdomen.
I would like to start some moderate cardio exercise to reduce a lipoatrophy pot belly. Gym exercises such as sit ups, crunches etc. have made no difference. I have been advised that jogging ,brisk walking,swimming and cycling should help. My concern is that I don't want to lose "weight" off my limbs...crap
