Can you lose weight by eating more?
I tend to only eat a cereal bar for breakfast, fruit for lunch and then a balanced dinner. Usually I eat around 800-1000 calories a day, but my weight stays the same as my body has obviously got used to this. Some people say I actually need to eat more, at least 1200 calories and more for lunch...crap

If I eat all my daily reguired calories with out fat, will I still burn my stored fat
I only need 1500 calories/day.  If I consume 1500 worth of just fruits, no Fat and no Pro, will my body still cleave its stored fat to burn it for fuel?     I am trying to figure out: Does the human liver, our bodies burn fat from our stors at the same time that we are utilizing other dietarycrap

Diabetic question
I am now on a diabetic 1200 calorie diet, so far I've stuck to meal plan but would like to incorporation campbells soup to go, how do I calculate what i am eating. I was told 15 g of carb is one serving so they are 33 gram of carb which is two carb servings but carb includes fruit, milk, bread and vegecrap
