Hyper-Intuitive or Psychotic? Help me decide
I have been diagnosed bipolar for 20 years. I have experienced just about every conceivable set of calisthenics the brain can perform. I am also very interested in my experiences while hypomanic, because my brain seems to go into overdrive on intuition. The worst is when I think I'm perceiving...crap

I've been slowly gaining weight no matter how much I workout! Do I need to workout more or eat more? My workout have included 1hour aerobic class 1x a week, 1hour weight lifting class 2-3x a week, and running on treadmill 30 min. 5x a week. I have gained about 5lbs and can't seem to lose it. I am a 23yr...crap
Are there exercise moves that are addicting?
It may be tough to fit a workout in, let alone a few simple toning exercises. However there are some workouts that can be addicting and have you coming back for more. I found one that involves a couple... addicting workouts that you have?
