Consuming fat after a workout?
I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weight lifting workout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles. So adding peanut butter to your otherwise fat-free whey mix would be a bad thing I would think. I've been hearing mixed...crap

Excercising with COPD
I have been doing some weight lifting. I am a 60 year old female and was diagnosed with COPD... below 90.  I don't think I can lose weight unless I can get cardio.  I feel I just have to try to lose some weight before this get bad enough for big steroids.  Smaller stomach and chest I think helps...crap

I'm what I thought I was a very healthy 56 year old guy. Very active, bike riding, weight lifting etc. I broke a rib jumping on a horse bareback, and then my chiropractor said that I didn't show up very well on his ex-ray machine. So I talked to my doctor and he sent me in for a scan...crap
