It helps me to get through the day by doing some esercise- especially swimming, now that the weather is warm.  Being in the water is very relaxing.  Exercise gets your endorphins up and lifts... her suntanned cheeks. She breathes a sigh as she listens to the whippoorwill chant its evening litany...crap

When I sleep, I breath in but then hold my breath ...or let it out very slowly.  I'm told I often go several minutes without breathing because of this.  Is this sleep apnea? lackofsleepcrap

Hi all, I do not know if this will post ever anymore. It is so irritating. I am not breathing deeply tonight. Just shallow breathing. So worried, fearful and stressed. I have so much on my plate... worries, why do I stop breathing and panic over them all day? Always so frightened and worried...crap

thank you for giving me this opportunity. I was told I have COPD but recently my cardiologist said
said my breathing problem could be due to malfunctioning MITRO VALVE because some of the oxygenated blood is being regurgitated back into the wrong chamber of the heart & the heart is not getting... on all the time & take portable one for the car. Can you tell me what can I do to be able to breathe better - not...crap

i have horrible dry skin blotches all over my body they itch terribly. How do I get rid of them?
