    I have recently undergone a mastectomy and have started the breast reconstruction process.  I chose to have saline implants and have the expander now in place.  For any of those of you that have been through this experience, did any of you have problems with the saline wanting to sit at the top of the expander...crap

What implants are made of
When I told you about getting facial implants you asked me what they were made of. These are silicone implants. They are firm to the touch (thought not rock hard.)
