weight loss
after having four children, im still the same weight i was in highschool. been liftingweights and jogging to firm up, but i have loose skin on my abdomen that isnt improving. is there anything i can do to firm it up?

Excercising with COPD
I have been doing some weightlifting. I am a 60 year old female and was diagnosed with COPD... below 90. I don't think I can lose weight unless I can get cardio. I feel I just have to try to lose some weight before this get bad enough for big steroids. Smaller stomach and chest I think helps...crap
Consuming fat after a workout?
I havealways been taught/told that consuming fat after a weightlifting workout is counterproductive as it slows down digestion and inhibits the flow of protein to the muscles. So adding peanut butter to your otherwise fat-free whey mix would be a bad thing I would think. I've been hearing mixed...crap
