I am thinking about adding a movement therapy to my plan for dealing with chronic pain.
I have been researching the Alexander Method. Has any had experience with this or any other movement therapy? Regular PT excercises often just make things worse with more pain ,trigger points and spasm/muscle tightness. I am currently unable to work. Thanks LP
