and those pups are acting sick. Eating the wrong kind of food can sometimes lead to blood in the stools.
If the stool has been otherwise normal in appearance and the pup is acting OK, blood in the stool just one time...
Have you called your doctor yet? If you haven't, call the office and speak to a nurse. If you don't have a doctor, then yes, take him to the ER. It could be something along the lines of his/her digestive tract isn't working p
that it wouldn't be wise to even hazard a guess as to the cause of the blood and loose stools you're seeing... more testing and possibly X-rays.
Persistent blood in the stools is not something you should let go or...

. I would've expected more white blood cells (WBC) in your stool if you were infected. Likewise, I wonder what made your doctor comment about blood in your stool (unless you're the same person who wrote in another community...
