Warm salt water may be your best helper until you know what this is. If there is no real reason for the problem - you may want to try using Closys mouth rinse and toothpaste - which is an excellent healer of gum problems. Xyl
The first thing to suspect is your shoes. Blisters come from your shoe rubbing on your toe... long runs. Did you have any blisters during those training runs? If your shoes are new, did you test...
There are several things to consider...lots of activity in a pool, his/her shoes are too tight, running around barefoot, bites from red ants....If it doesn't clear up you should bring your 2 year old into the Dr's.  
Thank you for responding. If they are blood blisters, that are on her chin, what could it mean? I'm thinking now that they are not blood "blisters", once I looked up what one looked like exactly...
Never pop blisters. Do your best to keep them intact. Popping them increases your chance of getting an infection and slows the healing process. Also, I normally recommend a blistered burn
